When you use our request form, WhatsApp or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address and information about your project.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare a quote.
• To deliver the services you asked for and send invoices.
• To keep basic business and tax records as the law requires.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with services needed to run the business, such as our form provider (Web3Forms), WhatsApp, our invoicing system (Zoho) and our website host (Cloudflare). These providers may store data outside South Africa, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep project and invoice records for as long as tax law requires (usually 5 years). Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

Your rights
